High Park Club is pleased to announce that we have officially launched our search for a new Clubhouse Operations Manager.
As many members know, the Club is currently navigating a period of staff transition following the departure of Assistant General Manager, Nika Perchenonigg. At the same time, the Club has continued to experience significant growth in programming, clubhouse activity, food and beverage service, events, and overall member engagement.
Over the past several weeks, the Board and Management team have been reviewing the Club’s staffing structure to ensure it remains aligned with the needs of a modern, year-round operation. As part of that process, we are introducing the Clubhouse Operations Manager position, a role designed to provide dedicated leadership and oversight of the Club’s day-to-day operations.
The Clubhouse Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily clubhouse operations, supporting front-line staff, overseeing member service delivery, coordinating food and beverage operations, supporting Club programming and events, and helping ensure a welcoming, responsive, and well-organized experience for members and guests.
The position will serve as a key member of the management team and will play an important role in supporting staff, strengthening day-to-day operations, and ensuring members continue to enjoy a welcoming, responsive, and well-run Club experience.
Recruitment is already underway, and we are targeting a start date later this summer. While Chris Wai remains on parental leave, he will continue to work alongside the Board and Acting General Manager Emily Vanderkruk to support the recruitment and onboarding process.
During this transition period, the Board and Management team remain focused on maintaining the high level of service members expect while continuing to strengthen the Club’s operational structure for the future.
